Code of Business Conduct

Firefly’s success is built upon our ability to deliver what we promise to our customers and stakeholders, conduct business safely and fairly, and respect each other, our environment, and the communities in which we work and live. We do the right thing, always with integrity, and the Firefly Code of Business Conduct is our playbook.

Our Code of Business Conduct defines our shared expectations of how we work together, serve customers and business partners, and honor our commitments to stakeholders and investors. We expect the same ethical and legal commitment from all third parties acting on Firefly’s behalf and from others we conduct business with. We require Code of Business Conduct training for all Firefly employees, and we encourage them to ask questions, voice concerns, and seek guidance.

Speak Up Helpline

Firefly also welcomes concerns from our business partners and other interested third parties. Our Speak Up Helpline allows individuals to report concerns 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through a third-party service available online and by phone. Individuals can choose to remain anonymous if preferred.
